AGM 2018

The Ash Green Scout Group Annual General Meeting takes place this Wednesday (6th June) at the Pavilion (Rugby Club). The meeting starts at 7pm sharp.

This is the most important Group Meeting of the year - and is a legal requirement for the Group. We really need lots of parents & supporters there, and ALL the young people in full, smart uniform. There will be the usual business formalities and then some awards will be made. There will also be a display of photos of some of the activities of the Group over the last year.

Please come along and support us!
You should also download and print the Key Documents.pdf and the Trustees Annual Report.pdf (available here) and bring them with you - there will NOT be copies available at the meeting.

You may also wish to download and save the latest version of the Group Policies Document (version 8). You do not need to bring this with you - so don't print it out (it's quite a big document) unless you wish to query something in the Document at the meeting.
